Ingredients:
250 g boiled beets
50 g mayonnaise with yogurt (like Mayo)
1 clove garlic
6 walnuts
extra virgin olive oil salt
Preparation:
Cut beets into cubes and collect in a bowl or serving dish, add chopped garlic, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt. Mix and add coarsely chopped walnuts and mayonnaise.
