A pie quick and easy. I chose the dough for a crust to have a little 'more than crisp, but it's OK to puff pastry.
Ingredients: 1 roll of dough crust

Preparation:
We clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. In a frying pan you fry a clove of garlic and combine the mushrooms, salted, salt and pepper and you cook them for about 10 to 15 minutes to dry the excess liquid.
In a bowl joins the ricotta, button mushrooms, coarsely chopped bacon, Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese, chives, a little 'salt, a little' pepper, mix everything.
In a baking dish you have the roll of dough crust with its baking paper, pour the mixture in the center, fold the dough inward excess crust. It Brush the edge with water and put in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
It can be served either warm or cold.
